I am writing this letter with great gratitude and immense appreciation for everybody at Saratoga Springs Plastic Surgery. I have only been dealing with Dr. Yarinsky’s office since the middle of January, and in that very small amount of time, they have certainly surpassed anything that I could ever dream up. I am dealing with “special circumstances” and Dr. Yarinsky took several extra steps, above and far beyond what I ever imagined he could or would do for me. I was speaking to Karen and Holly via telephone and I made a joke that I literally felt like ROYALITY when dealing with them. I had liposuction and just wanted to let you know that I appreciated not only your professional skill but also how comforting you are in a stressful situation. Confidentiality was well done also. The lipo was something that I wanted, but that doesn’t mean that I wasn’t nervous. I think that all of you helped to make my surgery a success. Also I have noticed that since I don’t have the thick waist that I had prior to liposuction, it is easier to exercise so now I don’t get as frustrated and find myself actually liking my workouts!

Thanks to you and your staff for a very comfortable and informative consultation. My fiancée and I were quite impressed with all that we learned. However, the very reason that I want to have breast implants at this specific time after wanting them for so long anyway , is the very reason that my fiancée objects: our wedding. He is probably right that this is a time when we can afford them the least. But I did not want you to get the wrong idea when we did not schedule a follow-up.
