I am writing this letter with great gratitude and immense appreciation for everybody at Saratoga Springs Plastic Surgery. I have only been dealing with Dr. Yarinsky's office since the middle of January, and in that very small amount of time, they have certainly surpassed anything that I could ever dream up. I am dealing with "special circumstances" and Dr. Yarinsky took several extra steps, above and far beyond what I ever imagined he could or would do for me. I was speaking to Karen and Holly via telephone and I made a joke that I literally felt like ROYALITY when dealing with them. The only thing they don't do is roll out the red carpet...and here's the shocker, I haven't even had my procedure done yet.
